About Mark
Early Life & Education
Mark Brammer was raised in Fresno, California, and attended high school in Clovis, a community deeply rooted in family values, accountability, and hard work. These principles shaped his approach to leadership and business from an early age. He went on to earn a degree in Marketing and Real Estate Finance from Fresno State University, a foundation that equipped him with the strategic and financial insight necessary to succeed in competitive industries.

Corporate Career – IBM & Bacardi
Mark began his professional career in San Francisco with IBM, where he developed an understanding of corporate systems, operations, and client solutions in the technology sector. He later joined Bacardi, managing national corporate accounts across the U.S.. These roles sharpened his skills in large-scale sales strategy, organizational leadership, and relationship management—tools that would become vital in his entrepreneurial ventures.
Entrepreneurship & Global Trade
Motivated by a drive to build and create, Mark launched a fresh produce delivery business in the San Francisco Bay Area, supplying high-end hotels and restaurants. This venture quickly expanded into logistics and supply chain management at the San Francisco Broker Terminal, where Mark oversaw purchasing operations. His business evolved further into international trade, building relationships across Southeast Asia and gaining firsthand experience in import/export operations and global logistics.

Arizona Ventures & Nonprofit Leadership
After relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona, Mark broadened his entrepreneurial portfolio by co-founding a salvage and police impound company, where he gained valuable expertise in municipal contracting and infrastructure operations. During this period, he also recognized the profound challenges faced by victims of violent crime and catastrophic accidents. In response, he founded the Victim Rights Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting victims and their families through courtroom advocacy, trauma recovery resources, and financial assistance. Under his leadership, the organization grew to operate in fifteen states and formed international partnerships, including with a London-based law firm specializing in aviation disaster litigation.
Real Estate Development & Design Collaboration
Today, Mark’s professional focus is on high-end residential and select commercial real estate development in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding Arizona communities. His projects reflect his hallmark approach: financial discipline, hands-on management, and timeless design principles.
Mark collaborates closely with his wife, Janet Brooks, founder of Janet Brooks Design, a nationally recognized, award-winning interior design firm serving luxury residential and commercial markets. Together, they bring business expertise and creative vision to every project—delivering properties that are not only structurally sound but also refined, innovative, and built to stand the test of time.
